    Technology Services at FAA can assist FAA users with managing the lifecycle of computer hardware and software.  We can offer consultation on hardware and software purchases, and assistance with software licensing for FAA applications.  Our desktop replacement program provides a modern and consistent desktop experience for all administrative staff in the College. Technology Services at FAA is also responsible for secure and efficient decommissioning of computing equipment that is no longer used.

    Technology Services at FAA offers a college wide help request system to allow for you to submit any request for help.  

  • Outreach and Training

    Technology Services at FAA provides outreach to our units in the form of liaison meetings, training, newsletters, unit technology strategy meetings, and biannual meetings  with unit executive officers.

    Technology Services at FAA's staff of technical professionals can provide a range of robust IT infrastructure services to meet the needs of the College. Technology Services at FAA provides data storage services for all faculty, staff and students within the College of FAA through our basic data storage service.  We can also provide more specialized storage and data backups for research groups, in addition to professional management of physical and virtual server.

    FAA IT User Services is dedicated to providing excellent technical support and customer service to all of the College's departments and units.

    Services are provided in a variety of areas, including:

    • Set up and Connect:
      Setup computers, software, printers, and network connections using industry best practices and following Campus guidelines.
    • Recommend and Purchase:
      Provide recommendations for your computers, peripherals, and software, and work with your business office to make purchases.
    • Troubleshoot and Repair:
      Provide support for Unified Communications, including Exchange email and calendaring configuration as well as Lync hardware and software setup.
      Conduct virus and malware identification and removal.
      Diagnose computer issues, whether the problem is hardware or software, and work to repair or replace it.
