Welcome to the Staff Directory for Technology Services at FAA. Here you will find information about our staff, teams, and organizational structure. Our staff also serve as departmental liaisons to assist with planning, escalation, and to create innovative solutions to achieve unit goals.

Assistant Director for Operations

Matt supervises the User Services Team, charged with providing on-site customer service for the college as well as manages the department liaison program.

Office Manager

DJ handles all administrative support functions to ensure smooth daily operations of Technology Services at FAA.

Infrastructure Services Team

The infrastructure team is responsible for network, security, active directory, file shares, websites, virtual machines, printer management, software deployment, and computer management. These services provide the foundation for all information technology services in the College.

User Services Team

The User Services team is the public face of Technology Services at FAA. This group is responsible for initial triage, end user support, computer delivery and setup, consultations on individual desktop or laptop needs, basic troubleshooting, lab setup, and answering any initial questions you may have.

IT Student Assistants

Student team members participate in the building and deployment of workstations, conduct printer setup and maintenance, and support a wide range of software.
